We may provide your data to our RAK group companies for the same purposes as referred to above. Our group companies will also process your data in accordance with the Rapid logistic Corporate Rules for Customer, Supplier and Business Partner Data and this Privacy & Cookie statement.

Rapid logistics may engage third parties. To the extent that these third parties process your data when performing the relevant services, they do so in the capacity of processor for Rapid logistics and Rapid logistics has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.

Children

The Rapid logistic website is not intended to be used by persons under the age of sixteen (16) and we will not knowingly allow such visitors to use the Rapid logistic website.

Right to access / rectification / object
