Working with Rapid Logistics is a tremendous experience. We started our collaboration in 2019 when we outsourced the Cricut EMEA supply chain operations to Rapid Logistics as our sole omnichannel 3PL for this region. Whether it’s about orders that need to go out just before the month’s end, orders with specific requirements for time slots and pre-alerts, or when we need to process multiple container orders, the Rapid team is always ready to get things done. Rapid’s entrepreneurial mindset also became an essential asset for our process development. Their specialists have continuously and proactively suggested process improvements and options for automation through data-driven insights, which resulted in significant cost savings and efficiency gains for Cricut.
